Can I skip orders or pause my subscription?
You are able to pause, skip, cancel, and reschedule at any time. Be on the lookout for blackout dates and order cutoffs. Three days before your next delivery the cutoff disables these features and confirms the order for delivery.
How close to my delivery date can I reschedule?
3 Days leading up to your next delivery date your order will be confirmed. At that time the pause, skip, and reschedule features will be disabled.
When will I get my order?
Carefully select the delivery date before adding to your cart. Your bouquet will be delivered the morning of the date you selected. Typically before 8:00 AM. If you have any preferences, leave us a note!
When will my card be charged?
We only require an upfront payment for your initial subscription purchase. Your next months delivery will be scheduled 1 month from the date of your initial purchase. Your card will be charged the same day your next bouquet is delivered.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Where are your flowers from?
Our flowers are provided to us locally and by a trusted floral partner for professional florists, retail flower shops, wedding florists, and event designers. They provide premium, high-quality, fresh cut flowers.
